Event Background
On January 18, 2025, the Ninth Asia-Pacific Wealth Forum and the 2024 International Private and Family Wealth Management Industry Awards Ceremony, co-hosted by Fortune Management magazine and the Financial Strategy Think Tank and under the exclusive academic sponsorship of the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, were grandly held at the Shanghai Oriental Weiting Art Center.
This year’s Asia-Pacific Wealth Forum, themed “Quality-Driven, Future‑Oriented,” focused on a range of key topics, including the high‑quality development of private banks, the social responsibility practices of wealth management institutions and the promotion of wealth‑for‑good values, the similarities and differences between family office and corporate office business models along with practical insights into implementing dual‑track services for families and enterprises, the transformative trends shaping the wealth management industry in the silver‑economy era, the emerging service capabilities of Chinese family offices, and the digital transformation of family businesses. The event brought together 200 senior executives and representatives from a diverse array of institutions serving China’s high‑net‑worth individuals, including private banks, family offices, trust companies, insurers, securities firms, law firms, consulting firms, offshore financial providers, and integrated financial services organizations.
The following is the 2024 China Family Office Top 50 List, hereby made public.

As a highly influential wealth management event in mainland China and a prestigious benchmark awards program, the international private and family wealth management awards under the “Wealth APAC Asia-Pacific Wealth Forum”—namely the Golden Achievement Award and the Torch Award—have become a leading indicator of excellence among wealth management institutions across the Asia-Pacific region, as well as an important avenue for assessing industry innovation and evaluating the professional accomplishments of practitioners in the domestic wealth management market.
This year’s industry awards are guided by an expert advisory panel comprising the Advanced Institute of Finance at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Oliver Wyman, Ernst & Young, and the editorial board of Wealth Management magazine. Adhering to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, the selection process employs a credible, professional framework to identify and recognize outstanding teams and services across the Asia-Pacific region, set new benchmarks for the wealth management industry, and encourage institutions to proactively address the needs of affluent clients in wealth management and succession planning. This effort aims to foster industry-wide consensus and promote the prosperous, mutually beneficial development of the market.
