It is dedicated to providing one-stop offshore financial services to Asian entrepreneurs and ultra-high-net-worth clients, with offices currently located in both Shanghai and Singapore.

The business encompasses investment banking, external asset management, family offices, private equity investments, and family trusts, among others.
